Having somebody to talk to is more important than a lot. Most relationships start from hour long convos... having somebody to talk to instantly makes u like them more than anybody else. Simply cuz u can talk to them. Everybody may not want a relationship, a marriage.. but errybody wants and needs somebody to talk to. Yes facebook, twitter, and instagram can be a minor substitute.. but it aint the same.
