Healthy Banana Oat Cookies! (but still yummy!) --------------------------------------------------- Whoever said healthy couldn’t be delicious?! With these super easy banana oat cookies you can indulge without feeling guilty. And the best part? These cookies are super adaptable! Add ingredients like nuts or fruit, get creative! This recipe will make about 12 cookies, so go on, make a few batches :) INGREDIENTS: ✓ 3 bananas ✓ 1 ¾ cups rolled oats (YB prefers almond or coconut flour since they are lower glycemic) ✓ ½ cup date sugar (YB prefers 8 whole dates mashed up) ✓ 1 teaspoon vanilla ✓ 2 pinches of cinnamon ✓ Optional add-ins: bitter chocolate chips, blueberries, nuts, shredded coconut, nut-butter, diced apple INSTRUCTIONS: Mash the three bananas and mash them with a fork until no chunks remain. Then, pour in the rolled oats and the sweetener Stir in a dash or two of cinnamon and the teaspoon of vanilla. Finally, add whatever extras you’d like and mix again. Spoon the batter onto a lightly-oiled baking sheet. Cook at 350° F for 10-14 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for about ten minutes and then enjoy! Want more super easy and healthy recipes?
