Healthy breakfast is easy breakfast. I made a yogurt and fruit bowl using Greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries, some mango, and half of a banana with a little bit of honey to spruce it up I used my boxes to keep my portions right which turned out to be way more than I was anticipating I also made a half piece of Ezekial toast with a little bit of peanut butter and some of the banana!I drank that water bottle while I was making everything. Its a goal of mine to drink at least 2 cups of water when I wake up. Especially before I get to my favorite part ☕️☕️☺️it was delicious and nutritious and all portioned correctly with my handy dandy tools. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️TUESDAY TIPS: 1.keep your peanut butter upside down to avoid having to stir it every time. 2. I make my coffee with a French press. I use 3 tbs of coffee for every 6oz of water have an amazing day!
