Opening For: Part Time Receptionist Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative is a nonprofit organic farmers cooperative of 90 farmers in Lancaster County, PA. We focus on creating healthy high quality foods from our highly maintained and enriched soils on our small scale family farms. LFFC serves all of Eastern Pennsylvania, New York City, and most of the tri-state area by connecting the farmer and customer, delivering the best local organic produce, value added products, and humanely raised and pastured animal products to retail establishments, co-ops, restaurants, and institutions. We are currently seeking an extremely organized individual to fulfill our Part Time (30 hours/week) Receptionist position. The ideal candidate would be able to work independently with a sense of urgency and have great attention to detail while maintaining a friendly disposition. Job Responsibilities As Receptionist you will field incoming calls, greet visitors while managing the everyday tasks of a busy office. Additional responsibilities include: • Maintaining inventory of employee food, office and cleaning supplies • Entering orders/data entry for various departments • Copy, fax and mailing duties Requirements • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced office environment • Exceptional customer service skills, including excellent written and verbal communication • Solid organizational and time-management skills • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Quick Books • Enthusiasm for and commitment to working with farmers in the local, organic food business This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the performance of this job.
