Heat oil in a pan. Add rai n jeera n saute. Add chopped garlic n saute. Add ginger garlic n green chilly paste n sliced onion n saute till light brown. Add one chopped tomato n saute. Add haldi, red chilly powder n garam masala powder n mix well n cook. Add blanched n pureed paalak. Add prawns n mix well. Add soaked rice n salt n mix well. Add required amount of water n cook till rice is cooked. Swirl a tempering of fried garlic in pure ghee over the rice n squeeze half lemon n serve hot.
