Heavier set with pause squats. I try to go no more than 6 reps of really good pause squats in a set, and as I increase in weight I go no less than 3 reps. Usually in my second or third squat session each week I use this variation. Teaches me great control, increases strength and power because I am not using momentum to bounce out of the hole like everyone else going ATG.
