Hello All, I am the Chairman of the RLC of New Hampshire. We have an exciting election cycle shaping up. Our former Chairman, Andrew Hemingway, is running for Governor. I conducted a survey and 40% of likely Republican primary voters are not happy with our field for US Senate (we have 4 total candidates). As you may be aware, Scott Brown has recently entered the race after just having moved here from Massachusetts and another candidate, former US Senator Bob Smith, just moved back to NH after a long hiatus in Florida. Given the carpetbagger status of both Brown and Smith, it occurs to me that we could widen our selection criteria to include candidates that do not currently reside in NH. We have a very late primary (September) so there is still some time for someone to jump in the race. Does anyone have any suggestions?
