Hello beautiful people! The time has come and I am bursting with ready-ness! In recent months I felt a strong desire to gently start expanding my wings again beyond the embrace of my home and family - taking steps aligned with ME and things I am passion about (YOU). My first steps were becoming a proud member of the Hastings Maternity Coalition which is an ongoing delight, joining forces with some other local women to birth a local Red Tent for the Hastings women called Red Tent Rising and initiating a community group called Lending Hands which continues to expand and nurture so many....thanks to those involved! And NOW....I am opening Expanding Wings where I can collaborate all things expanding, offer my services as a Holistic Counsellor (Life Coach/Mentor/Companion.....whatever each journey is best supported with) and continue to expand, open and share in ways I feel inspired to.... The services I am offering are one on one sessions in person in Port Macquarie or via Skype or phone anywhere. These sessions will be holistic counselling/life coaching sessions aligned to support, nurture and empower clients through transitions, transformations and further expansion. I absolutely LOVE holding a safe and sacred space for people to simply share their story and am constantly amazed in the power of transformation from deeply being heard.
