Hello everyone :) Its been one of those days (actually, truth be told, it feels like its been one of those TEN YEARS). And I know all about transforming my reality through my thoughts, my frequency, shifting my vibration, singing, etc. And its enormously helpful and amazing to know all of this. But sometimes its also amazing to sit in the midst of our humanness, vulnerability, fallibility, and just cry. That is good too. So Ive been doing that kind of cleansing today. Feeling both spirit who can see above and beyond the finite experience, and also very human and quite frankly, sad mixed with thwarted, angry, frustrated, debilitated, lost. And I journeyed into this darkness, and out of it, I found myself writing poetry. It seems often to happen that way ~ the desire to create arises from the depths. And this idea emerged that felt so pure and true and like it strikes to the heart of the matter: I can breathe through this. I can stay with myself. I can even intend that, somehow, this darkness will transform into beauty through me. I will be ok. I will make it through. I am changed, scarred, broken, but my broken places are where the light gets in. I share this in hopes that it might soothe and encourage you in your struggles. Weve got this.
