Fortunately, Canadians have a world-leading cancer research centre with the ambition and the expertise to conquer cancer in our lifetime—Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, which is recognized as one of the top 5 cancer research facilities in the world. ‘Team Momma Bear’ is a group of riders participating for the 3rd year in the 2014 Ride to Conquer Cancer on June 7th and 8th. This team name is inspired by the memory of Barb Kollars, the mother and wife of three of the founding team members, who battled this disease from 2009 to 2011.
