Hello friends on fb, In 2012 Uganda at her 50yrs of the so called Independence thought that she had got a reason to celebrate, However some Ugandan scholars where strongly against it saying that there was no need of it while others were like; Oh, we must make it. Since some of the big people in N.R.M Government who believe to be the ones owning and managing Uganda than any 0ther of their private projects and organization were the ones heading the organizing committee, it had to happen. And in pretense we danced to the tune. Since for them they had seen it as one way of exposing to the world the little they have managed to contribute towards the development of the country within more than 26yrs of their stay in power . Billions Billions of money only to be spent in one day. more over without giving proper accountability to the Nation. The only most and biggest thing they had to show off was the military Tactics so far they have got at hand and the Jets which were seen causing traffic germ in the Air and covering the sky like a hundred thousands of fish swimming in a lake. not without forgetting that even the former President of LIBYA GADDAFI had more than what they think is enough, only his 40 days to find him in a line of sewerage like mad fish in a swamp. As if that one was not enough, both the President and his most trusted P.M proved to be the most expensive heads of states in African countries as each of them came being driven in the first class Limousine Benz vehicles black in color that attracted the attention of both the National and International media representative of the day. Since it is on history that once upon a time there was a self styled Ugandan-British conqueror, the Duke of England who was the Chief guest of the day went far way deep into thoughts thinking that may one day Uganda may it Colonize England. No sooner had we started forgetting the events of the day, than the Kazinda scandal happened from the O.P.M something that proved that Uganda was neither an Independent nor a developt Country as some of the delegates had come to believe. Because of the fact that the Kazinda scandal was passive d negatively especially by the foreign Countries that have always supported Uganda financially, they were prompted to demand back their money and of which money that Uganda paid in cash. From the unknown Treasury by the way. Since then Uganda as never been Neither able to support her National Budget nor to pay the salaries of the public servants and politicians who claim to be having more loans more than UGANDA HERSELF. SO, Is Uganda an independent Country?
