Hello my dear friends. Today was a pretty good day for Byron. He is still critical, but things are looking up a little bit. They took him off propoval to try and bring him around just a little bit. He moved his hands and fingers slightly. Tried to open his eyes but never did. Vitals all good, but urine output isnt quite as good as they would like, but theyre not overly concerned yet. Tomorrow is a big day for him, as he will finally undergo the surgery to remove all the packing from his abdomen, repair his fractured pelvis, and fix his colon. They will know more when they get inside and access all damage. I can tell he is trying so hard to come back to us. My sweet granddaughter Samara never leaves his side and is always talking to him and expressing her love for him. She will be a great little nurse in a few years! I am praying all goes well tomorrow and we dont have any bad surprises. We love him so much and need him back with us. Weve felt your prayers and I cant express my love and appreciation for all of you. Dont know what Id do without the love and support of my family and concerned friends. Byron would be overwhelmed with the outpouring of love for him. He truly is a great man. Thanks everyone and keep him in your prayers for a successful surgery. Love, Lana
