Hello there - what a dirty horrible Monday weather wise. I guess we were lucky over the weekend as it didnt turn out too badly, but certainly making up for it today. Its been admin & chores so far this morning, but I have a busy day of cooking ahead of me for that order I received last week. Its going to be a vegetarian cooking day, which will make a pleasant change. I managed to pick up a load of Seville oranges yesterday in readiness for marmalade making, do hope to get on with that as the week progresses. Ive had quite a lot of interest in my cooking classes from the post over the weekend & lots of suggestions for different classes, so watch this space for dates in the near future. I had bits & bobs of different creams hanging around the fridge from Xmas - they were all still ok to use, so yesterday I made a rice pudding using them all up. Waste not, want not.
