Help us welcome MEGAN GOLDSTEIN to the NEXT Level Fit training team! Megan is in her senior year at Monmouth University majoring in Health and Physical Education. She is studying the essentials of health and fitness: nutrition, anatomy and physiology, and exercise. In high school Megan played soccer making JV and Varsity team captain and was a four year Varsity runner on the track team. Now she participates in Tough Mudder competitions, enters and places in bikini contests. Ultimately fitness has become her passion. Megan believes in utilizing various training techniques and balanced plans for all ages and conditions. She loves working with people and finds success through the success of others.
