Umu ibem see me ooo, just this morning in this cash dry season,i went and bought a #750_naira airtime, scratched off the silver dust and entered the pin,it displayed, that my recharge was successful and that i have been credited with a 10mb bonus(if you are on mtnpulse you will know what i mean) Fine i checked my account balance, what was there at that moment was #810_naira airtime, intentionally i wanted to make a long distance call to a friend of mine that was why i recharged that #750 sef! Na here wahala knock for door....i called a friend of mine who was using an #ETISALAT line the call lasted for just 4mins then a female voice interrupted and started speaking..*your account has been exausted and your call terminated please load an only one card! Nnaaaaa mehnnnn i screamed #JESUS and checked my account balance, to my unimaginable surprise and shock umu ibem i saw three zeros just like this #0.00... I smiled and told myself that its just a minor system fault,i checked it again same thing, then i sat down... Aru wee dim ka onye egwuru wayo, I dialled #180 immeadiately and complained to a female customer assistant,she even said her name was onyinye i say for my mind thank God say she be igbo, after i was through explaning what happened, she said i should call the serial pin of the airtime, i did, she then said i should excercise some patience,i waited for like a minute,she then called on my attention only to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the card, That was when i angrily said onyinye unu bu ndi ori ooo, to my surprise she started laughing and said its a normal thing sir it does happen somtimes,sorry for the inconvenience sir, is there anything else MTN can do for you, i told her yes, she said okay sir what is it, i said PLEASE CAN THUNDER FIRE ALL OF UNA FOR ME....She started laughing again,and amidst her stupid laughter she said,That will be all thank you for using MTN do have a lovely day!!! Since morning i dey vex,with everything around me, Imagine #750 gone just like that, only for MTN to tell me that its just a normal thing!!! Please sweetest igboist, is it really a normal thing...
