Here is a secret for most of yall, The most honest thing youll probably see on Facebook today is this status. Want to be Fit? Healthy? Skinny? Successful? Etc?...No matter what it is you want, remember these few things: YOU are going to have to bust your ass! Quit expecting to be successful by taking a shortcut or getting skinny by drinking a protein shake! This is the real world. You will only achieve your goals by working hard. I suggest getting use to what you have now because until youre truly willing to work for what you want, you will have the same average life.
