Here is an sadly possibly an unanswerable question and I have no preformed answer - we are seeing a rip in the social fabric between good people who are principled & opposed to Anti-Semitism but also opposed to militaristic regimes that occupy and flaunt their military power. No one I know as a friend or comrade would ever remain silent when Anti-Semitism or any other bigotry reared its ugly head. However, many friends, and comrades overseas are opposed to Israels excessive violations of the human rights of the Gazan non combatants. Many third world people in Africa, Central & South America and even Europe cannot find total justification for the Intensive bombing, shelling and deaths in Gaza? These third world countries suffered under colonial occupation, genocide, and exploitation for generations. They should be the natural allies of both the Israelis & the Palestinians! I wonder if a non passioned discussion can occur? For whats it worth. Shalom, Soirse, Peace!
