Here is the info on the 6th Annual Summer Swelter. Basically the same as always: August 23 -24. Entry fee is $35.00. You get an event shirt and lunch on Saturday. Pre-registration guarantees shirt size. Signups start at 7:30 am on Saturday. Players meeting is at 8:30 both days. Tee off when meeting concludes. Mixed groups first round, then by division rounds 2 and 3. Divisions offered will be Am, Advanced, Masters, Women and Pro. What division you play will be determined by the TD using scoring averages (Wed night and/or Shasta Series). Please don’t try to sandbag. Anyone may play Pro. All prizes will be Legacy Summer Swelter discs except for Pro division, which will pay cash. Prize payout will be determined by the size of the field in your division. There will be free Hop Valley beer available during the second round Saturday (120 bottles!). Trophies for first place in all divisions. CTP contest every round. Awards will be held at Player’s Pizza in Anderson at the conclusion of Sunday’s round. A SWAG giveaway will be held at the awards featuring Legacy and Innova items in a random drawing. There should be something for nearly all participants. Don’t miss out!
