Heres a great ab move for you. Get into high plank, then taking three hops bring your feet as close to your hands as possible. Keeping your hips in the air. Pretend someone has a string right in the small of your back pulling those hips to the air. Do this for 20 seconds, then go to two hops and again for 20 seconds, and then do it again with one hop. Keep your core tight and dont forget to breathe! Share with a friend!!
