Heres a little bonus workout for your abs today. Remember, I speed up these videos. You will not go this fast. 5 MOVES TO FAB ABS 1. Lower abs - Raise legs from floor towards ceiling. 10 reps 2. Upper & Lower Abs - Raise legs and shoulders at same time. 10 reps 3. With heels buried in ball, roll ball towards booty. 10 reps 4. Repeat same move as #3, only add a shoulder lift. 10 reps 5. Contract raise legs while reaching opposite hand to opposite leg. 10 reps each side. You gonna try it? Oh, and Thanks in Advance for sharing if you found this mini middle meltdown helpful. ;)
