Heres a look at how to progress the same movement and still only using body weight. Three progressions of the stability lunge. 1) Stability lunge 2) Stability lunge jump 3) Lunge jump with double knee tuck All three of these movements would be considered advanced so ensure you seek qualified instruction before trying them for the first time. Remember to always EARN your progressions and be solid, stable and able to do multiple reps of one before progressing to the next. A further progression for the stability lunge is to perform it holding dumbells or kettlebells.
