I am an expat living in the world heritage city of Bath which is full of upmarket pubs and Bistros well above what Harrys might aspire to and loads of them are dog friendly - we are spoilt for choice with our dog whether it is to go to a Rugby Pub to watch the game or have have an elegant meal in an upmarket Bistro. I asked the staff in the Marrlborough Tavern Bath which is near the famous Royal Crescent whether they were ok with our dog and the reply was It is NOT a Health and Safety Issue.
