Heres an older post worth resharing: I put everybody into five categories. Imagine the world is flooding and I have a boat. Group 1 is getting on the boat if I have to tie them up and drag them unwillingly aboard, I will absolutely save them. Group 2 is almost anyone else that can fit on the boat, if I have room for them, they are welcome aboard. If you dont know which group you are in, it is safe to assume you are in Group 2. Group 3 are the people I wont kick off the boat if they manage to slip on. They are not welcome and I didnt invite them, but I wont necessarily kick them off. Group 4 are people that I am willing to let aboard because I think I might enjoy eating them at some point. They may or may not survive, as that is not their purpose. If we dont get around to eating them, they will never really know they were Group 4. Group 5 are the people I will use the oars to actively beat to ensure they do not get on the boat. I wont even bring them aboard as food because I cannot risk them surviving. They are most likely the reason The Great Dolphin has decided to flood the earth again.
