Heres some Monday morning entertainment for you ... • Flight to Riviera Maya scheduled for 5:30am this morning • Up late last night coloring my hair and finalizing our packing ... finally sat down at 1:30am • Set alarm for 2:30 with plans to get up no later than 3:00 (I like to push snooze a few times) • My mom calls at 4:40am to tell me good morning ... I jumped up in a panic ... neither one of us heard our alarms • Pink hair color still in with foil on my head covering it and no time to wash it ... so I take the foil off and throw a hat on • Load up and drive a little extra fast to the airport praying we make the flight, crying because Im freaking out and thinking about having to take my hat off to go through security • Get to the counter at 5:10 only to see a sign that says if you are within 30 minutes of your departure time you have missed your flight ... and no ticket agent in sight • Finally after the flight has left an agent comes back to give us standby tickets for the 9:05am flight • Go back home to wash hair and get all ready and double check that we didnt forget anything So ... now we are headed back to the airport (no foil or pink hair color or hat LOL) praying we are able to get on the flight at 9:05. We did have time to stop by Cadens football practice and also see Talon and get an extra kiss before we leave! DEFINITELY GOING TO BE READY FOR A DRINK IN OUR HANDS AND OUR TOES IN THE SAND!!!
