Hey Ashby Villagers - The Foundation for Osteoporosis is looking for volunteer patients to get a free bone density test - a $220 value! The tests will be done by bone density technicians who are learning to perform bone density scans as part of their clinical training. The test takes about 45 to 60 minutes. The foundation has openings on Saturday, July 26th and Sunday, July 27th from 8 – 3:30. Women must be over age 45 (or postmenopausal). Men of any age are welcome. The foundation is at 1814 Franklin Street in Oakland.
