Hey CFRV crew! Great job on todays WOD but more importantly, I was really pleased with how everyone looked during the Snatch Balance skill/strength session. Keep working on those little techniques (sots press, snatch balances, hip mobility) and your Snatch 1RMs will get better quick. Tonights Muscle-up specialty class was great! Keep working on everything you learned. Next Tuesday we will have a Mobility class for the specialty class. Wednesdays WOD 25min. AMRAP of: Run 100m 1 Rope Climb (Legless if possible) 10 Front Squats (195/125) 10 Burpees over the Bar 3 MU or 20 Pull-ups
