CRS concludes no legal basis exists. #MadnessEndsNov @WashMonthly As reported in Washington Monthly, the apolitical Congressional Research Service (CRS) issued a report on September 4th looking at the Administration’s delay in implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and found that all federal laws were complied with, including the Administrative Procedure Act. Guess this is why Speaker Boehner never filed suit and his law firm dropped his as a client. WM, states, “In other words, having been asked whether the Obama administration had crossed all its t’s and dotted its i’s, the CRS’ answer was unequivocal: yes it had.”
