Hey Everyone! David here! Its been just over 2 weeks here in CasaShalom and were still in the process of figuring out just how to serve the community! While we have many ideas, were starting Saturday Sports next week (the 24th)! pray for us, that well have the wisdom and energy to keep up with them (Even though were young and spry, these kids are younger and spry-er). You could also join us, that would be cool too! As the occupancy of the house went from 1 to 4 people, we have started realizing things that we need/would make like much better in the long run for everyone involved! Were daily adding to this list as we realize things. IF you have some of these things lying around, and are willing to donate them, drop them by the church office! Currently, the list contains: •Keyboard stand (our keyboard is currently sitting on two dinning room chairs) •Outdoor chairs •Large frying pan •Shower Shelves •Eco/water-saving shower head •Pruning shears (for the fruit trees!) •Ironing board •Cutlery set (believe it on not, we can cook!) •Blender •Toaster •Door mats •Throw rugs •DVD rack •Gardening vegetable seeds (tomato, cucumber, sweet peas, etc.) •Gardening supplies (we want to garden!) •Tomato cages •4x12 chicken wire (for a mulch pile!) •Soil Thats it for now.
