Below is the timetable for the day so if you need to let your partners know what time they have to be at the Bells hotel check this for when your teams meant to be there. Also there will be a shuttle running from the grounds to the Bells Hotel from 5:00 to 6:30 pm on the day for anyone and everyone so leave your cars at home if you plan on drinking (which i know most of you will) Timetable for Ladies Day 9:30 am – Hosts arrive at Bells Hotel 10:00 am – Thirds girls arrive 11:30 am – Shuttles leave for 3rds game plus 1 host Two’s girls arrive 1:00 pm – Shuttles leave for 2nds game 1sts and 4ths girls arrive 2:20 pm – Shuttles leave for grounds with everyone 3:00 pm Welcoming at grounds for all ladies from Leni’s wife and hopefully an address from Michelle. 3:10 pm – 1sts kick off 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm – Shuttles from fields back to the bells hotel 5:30 pm – All Blacks v France to be shown at the Bells hotel 6:30 pm – Speeches and presentation of Jersey, dinner to be served. 7:30 pm – Waratahs v Lions 9:00pm - Band and Raffle draws
