Hey all, Im currently chasing a problem with my Miata and want to know if you guys think Im headed in the right direction. Whenever I start up my car in the morning I have no problems getting it going. After I drive for awhile and then turn the car off, problems arise. Whenever I try and start it back up (assume I had turned the car off 10 minutes prior), the engine will start, but it dies shortly after. I have to turn the key, give it some gas, and then it wont die. It then idles really rough and sounds like its knocking, but after 30-45 seconds it will even out and idle fine. My spark plugs and wires have been replaced within the past 5k miles, so I dont think spark is the problem. I replaced the fuel filter first and it looked like the PO hadnt changed it in awhile. I picked up a good amount of MPG after that and the car felt better all together. Im guessing the injectors need to be cleaned and matched, so Ill be taking them to InjectorRx soon. Does this sound like the right path? Sorry if this doesnt make sense or has bad grammar, I have had a long day. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
