Hey everyone - Moo again!! So - here are the photos!! The humans decided since it was a warmer day today that I could go outside for a walk - and since it may rain on Sunday - we decided to make today a field trip day! We headed out first to Petco, and then to Eddy Pond in Auburn! Our Petco stop was very brief - mumma human had read online in some bootie reviews that some kitties liked flat bottomed booties better than the kind of shapeless elastic blobs that she had previously tried on me, so she wanted to take me there to ask me if I wanted a pair of flat bottomed booties. She was hoping I would like them better so that I could go outside in the winter more often and wouldnt need feetie baths... But... As you can see from the photo... I told her no and asked her to take them off me as soon as they put me down. Theyre just as bad as the shapeless ones and felt all funny. So we headed to the toy and treat aisle instead and grabbed some toys for me and my brothers, and then we were off to Eddy Pond! Eddy Pond was awesome! I got to climb on the big rocks there, found this fun trail that went through the woods, and even tried to drag mumma human out onto the ice. She wouldnt let me play on the ice for more then a few seconds though - she said it was too cold for my paws, but I think she was just being bitter about the booties. I only got to play on the trail and rocks for about 20 minutes before we headed back to the car to drive home because the humans didnt want me to get cold - but all in all, I was out for about two hours including car ride time! It was SO MUCH FUN cuz I hadnt been outside in SO LONG! :) Anyway - Im gonna go sleep by the heater in my circle now and dry off my feeties - mumma human made me have a feetie bath when I came home to make sure there was no snow, ice, salt, etc. on my paws... If only I liked booties... sigh. XOXO Moo
