Hey everyone, Andrew here. Yesterday was the day for us to claim our Tribal Clash places. When we went through to do it, we found out that it has been put up to £400. This all had to be paid, up front, now (10 mths before the event). James, Cathie and I talked it through and came to the decision that we wouldnt bother, because: (i) We dont have the £800 available in the business at the moment (because were buying loads of new kit for the new unit) (ii) We didnt know if our competitors would want to commit this far in advance (who knows where theyll be next August?) and pay £100 at this time of year (iii) We only had 2 team places, and we felt this year was so great for us because we took down so many people (5 teams plus all their followers) (iv) We thought maybe we should organise our own summer camping trip, like we have done in previous years. We welcome your feedback on this. We know this year was great and a real highlight of the calendar, but we reckon something else will come along or we can organise something just as fun for our community.
