Hey everyone! I specialize baklava which is a buttery, flaky sweet dessert with nuts (I make it w/out nuts too). Its a middle eastern dessert with an American twist I am located in Manteca. With nuts: Traditional, carmel or chocolate drizzled, coffee, chocolate chip cookie and our newest flavor Chocolate (which is chocolate butter layered in-between layers of filo dough, a layer of almond mix, followed by a layer of dark chocolate salted almond bark and topped with a chocolate simple syrup, yum yum yum) . W/out Nuts: Mango or craisin Baklava $1 per oz. Chocolate dipped Baklava (any flavor except sugar substitute) $1.50 each. Sugar substitute $2 per oz. Baklava cheesecake cups $1 each or 4 for $3. Basbousa $3 each. Birds nest filled with nuts or Cheesecake $1 each. Arabic Tea, is a blend of black teas from the middle east, and fragranced with middle eastern spices and sweetened to perfection $2 a cup. If you have any questions please let me know.
