Hey folks - Im back into the Network. Some of you may remember that my Old Jock (14 years old) was deaf, had 30% vision and suffered dementia and back problems. He came to me as a Jack Russell rescue in 2011, but unfortunately passed away in 2012 while I was working away in France. My good friends Janice, Cal, Tayla and Hayley looked after Old Jock for me until the end. Now I have Emma and Pep from Jack Russell Rescue - brother and sister, 12 years old. They have a few health issues, and are brother and sister. They are beautiful. Pep was completely deaf when he arrived, and maintained constant eye contact with me awaiting instructions. We established that he was suffering from chronic ear infection and hyperplasia. Fortunately, following treatment, he has now around 30% hearing I think, but still watches my every move! They came to me as fosters, but I have decided to keep them, as I think their chances of rehoming are limited.
