Hey guys! Ive been feeling a lot of sweet deep connection and love of chest/shoulder/upper body hooping lately (both in vertical and horizontal planes). Class for the next couple weeks will be centered in upper body connection and expansion. This week, I want to share this with you and help bring everyone to a deeper place of connection and personal expression through upper body (on body) hooping. Expect a lot of play and freedom with the arms and hands.... and chest and shoulders and heart and spine....
