Hey guys just a heads up, if your going to send me a message/email saying how your idea is going to revolutionize something, or that its a multi billion dollar idea or even crazier a few hundred billion dollar idea I just wanna be straight up with You and let you know Im not interested. I instantly get a little disinterested the moment someone says something way off the top like I mentioned above. I love to invest into simple executable ideas that have already proven process. Have been self invested into to start, have teams behind them, and are in a growing niche with a large enough demand. If your messaging to tell me how you will make me a billionaire, how I would be stupid to pass this opportunity up, or anything that just sounds retarded just know I would rather pass and invest into a company person idea that meets my criteria and will make me a few million than your over the top crazy promises. If you want to make someone a billionaire but need 100k or 200k only why dont you make yourself a billionaire. If you believe in your idea but find that a dozen investors wouldnt touch you with a ten foot pole, I wouldnt lose belief but I would re evaluate my entire idea and business model to take into account why no one is touching me, and I would improvise or change around the model so it becomes interesting enough for someone to consider investing into me. Investors dont always know exactly whats right 100% of the time, were not oracles and we cant predict the weather 100%. But we know enough to know if something will actually make it to market over the challenges and scale to profitability. Most of the companies that make it to seed, series A, series B, series C, exit, acquisition, IPO, were expected to go to those stages. The investors backed them because they believed they would get to that level. So please spare me the time of having to respond to any of you with a NO or sorry cant help you, and spare yourself the rejections objections from investors. Unless you can prove on a small scale your idea works and will work more if scaled then chances are it wont really work as you think it will. Test your idea with small markets, cities communities groups, campaigns etc! When its proven you then have something to interest investors with. unproven ideas that will revolutionize the world and make trillions and billions will get you no where! We no longer live in a idea economy ideas are dime a dozen. We are heading into an execution economy, the people and teams that can execute on an idea is all that is going to matter in the future. Ideas are great but execution is the key to success. So on that note thanks for listening to my rant and please dont hit me up if your goal is to make me a billionaire or revolutionize the world, Im pretty sure Ill hit all my goals myself in due time.
