Hey happy father,s day everyone!! unfortunatly my father is no longer with us. Although he wasn,t that close to me...but I allways looked up to him like any other dad that worked very hard to provide stability for all of us. When He was diagnosed with Alzheimer,s I decided to take care.. of him, I went out of my way just to stay with him with the help of my beautiful wife...I confess that it was hard...we here did not have the facilities nor an ediquate place for him to stay...So for seven years I got closer to my dad taking care of him and most of all being there...although he diddn,t know who I was...But I knew he was my dad the person that I loved and cherished.I now don,t regret one bit of everything I did and the precious time I spent with him...cause when you do it from the heart it,s worth every second.. a lot of times love is suppose to be felt and not said...remember mother theresa,s words...hands that help the needy are better than the lips that pray...So people don,t just hug your dad on father,s day...try to hug him everyday...and if you can...JUST BE THERE FOR HIM.
