Hey my lovely friends - Gypsy Cats is a NFP and needs some help. Not only is this no kill, but the sick and otherwise tossed away kitties are all given as much help as humanly possible to live, thrive and find forever homes. Monetary assistance is great - no amount is too small and helps with both food costs and the huge medical bills that arise. The other immediate need is meat-only baby food for these new little ones. These human mommies are up round the clock, loving and dedicated - saving one animal at a time. Help if you can. Quality fosters and forever homes are also needed. Note: Gypsy Cats NFP, to protect the cats, will only adopt/foster to pre-screened/known-to-friend homes. Awesome, right? "This is one of 5 kittens that arrived last night from CACC ( Chicago animal care and control). The cage card said " severe uri".... Well, both kittens are in deplorable shape and while trying to clean their poor eyes last night Lisa and I discovered that this baby has no eyes at all. Her sibling has only one eye, may have some sight, and the other socket is empty. They are dehydrated and malnourished and full of fleas. On meds now and fluids and eating baby food and a little kitten milk. Seem to be getting a little stronger. If any one can pledge we sure need it. Two pledges and baby food arrived so far, but we have a long way to go with these two. I know everybody is stretched thin so any help is greatly appreciated.
