Today was CRAZY! Had a late in the day leg workout. As always, Im working on my glutes and hamstrings. And my current routine calls for lying leg curl 15s. Your hamstrings are made up of 4 or 5 different muscles and I struggle with development there. So, this helps me isolate. 5 reps contacting from the bottom to halfway. 5 reps contracting from halfway to the top. 5 reps full range of motion, for a total of 15 reps. 4 sets will set you on fire!
