Hey, yall. Im starting a 30-day squat & water challenge for this November. I made it a goal to start getting a strong foundation for my lower body. so far I am thinking about doing russian twists, leg lifts and bicycles for abs. Ill do wide stance bridges and squats for my buttocks. Specific squats will be sumo stance, side kick and back kick and horse stance. And exercises for my hips. I am unsure what stance benefit them. I do know stretches for hips, but thats about it. The reason why is because I saw p particular yoga move that my instructor that I want to do but I didnt have the foundation to pull it off. So, any advice that you could give me would be great. P.S: I will be doing this from home.
