Hey yall, well, weve made it into our 3rd week now & boy has it been a wild ride so far. Our first week in business we served over 700 people every day! It was tough & we couldnt hardly keep up. We were running out of everything because we didnt have the storage space for that much food & Ice Cream, but I do now. Weve also had to TEMPORARILY adjust our menu & our hours of operation. Ive also fired & hired some new employees. This past 2 weeks has been much better & things are settling down. Theres usually not a wait anymore & if there is its just a short one. I have my daughter Chelsey Fairless & Kenny Chavez running the day to day operations, but my lovely wife Sue & I are up there every day as well. Our food is great & the Blue Bell Ice Cream shakes are to die for! I also have my pal Angie from Encanto Cake Shop making us Homemade Pies & Cakes every single day! Please give them a try next time youre in, youll LOVE it! Also, we are doing a Cruise In Hot Rod/Classic Car show every single Saturday night from 6pm-9pm.
