Hi Guys, WE ARE IN NEED OF ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT: Qualification of Accounting Assistant: 1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent. 2. Familiar with Basic Accounting Procedure 3. Computer Literate 4. With experience in using Accounting Software such as Quick books, Peachtree or SAP. 5. Hardworking, responsible, patience, trustworthy & honest. 6. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and able to work to deadlines. 7. At least 1- 3 year experience in related field is required for this position. 8. Can Start immediately. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Handles general accounting works bookkeeping, posting of invoice, disbursement, check voucher • Reconcile bank Statement by comparing statement with the general ledger. • Assisting the Accountant in processing, maintaining & monitoring database backup. • Will handle SSS, PHIC & PAGIBIG employee benefit as well as filling of Annual Business permit. • Will follow up timesheet to branches that will submit to Accountant for payroll preparation. • Performing other duties & responsibility that made be needed from time to time.
