Hi Guys, here it is - our Autumn Throwdown!!! Cross-Sport Experiment!! November 9th - Teams of 2 boys and 1 girl Events will be announced on the day - but our Throwdowns are all inclusive and we try to design events that are inclusive. Key movements / standards as always will be announced in advance. This year for the first time we are inviting athletes from a range of other sports to represent their club / sport. This will include a range of sports from rugby, football, ice-hockey, golf, cricket, martial arts !! The only way to secure a team is to transfer your team payment of £45 to the FFS account, Sort Code 20-53-22 Acc no 13510298. You will be able to do this from 9am today. Then forward your team name. Spectators are free as usual - as long as they scream loud! A bottle of beer and hot-dog for every competitor. Lets get in shape for the winter!
