Hi, Well this the first email since the town hall meeting. For those who werent there, we had over 220 attendees and I was able to lay out a different approach to coronary vascular disease prevention. I am glad to say that the feedback has been positive and makes me feel that the effort was worthwhile. For those that were there I would like to ask a few questions and have you answer by email or text. (If you have any negative comments and the thought of upsetting me strikes terror in your heart, please feel free to send me an anonymous letter by old fashioned mail. I do not promise not to trace you by DNA) Ok so: 1. What was the most important thing (if any) that you learnt? 2. Name one thing (if any) that you have changed or plan to change because of the meeting. 3. Would you encourage friends/family to attend a repeat of the program? A number of patients who were unable to attend have asked if the information could be made available to them. As you may know the event was videoed and I had hoped to make that video available. The best laid plans however, go awry and the quality of the video, both audio and visual leave much to be desired. I am thinking of repeating the event and would like to get an approximate head count of those who would be interested in attending. You can reply by answering this post or calling the office.
