Hi all, in view of the current situation in Bangkok, the following facilities will be extended to customers who purchased their tickets on or before 10 Jan 14 for travel to/from BKK on Tigerair Singapore, Tigerair Mandala or Tigerair Philippines between 20 Jan 14 to 10 Feb 14 : • change their travel dates free of charge. Fare difference, if any, applies and such travel must be completed by 10 Mar 14. • a free change to another destination. Fare difference, if any, applies and the travel must be completed by 10 Mar 14. • cancel their current booking and get a flight credit valid for 3 months for the same value as their purchase price. Such credit is only redeemable through the call centre and call centre fees are chargeable. Thank you.
