Hi all, several of you have messaged me to say you have purchased theCHiPs: The Complete Series on DVD and dont understand why there are episodes missing. Well, Im sorry to have to tell you this, but the complete series has never been released on DVD. What you have is called a bootleg, and they are illegal. Basically someone copied the episodes off TV (if they live in a place that is still showing them) or copied their old VHS tapes over to DVD, edited out the commercials, and is selling them. The quality varies from ok to awful, and there may be missing episodes and other errors. The DVDs they use are low quality. I really dont recommend buying them but I understand the frustration with Warner Brothers. ~Sue
