Hi all this is the 2nd week of my 9 day routine. Similar to my strength and power routine except its a 10x10 progression with fractional plates of course, so even though the weights are much lower than what Im used to the actual total volume of kilograms lifted is far greater which Im not used to at all. Im not a body builder and Im not an endurance athlete Im just a weight lifter / nutritionist / trainer with the determination to get stronger!!! That being said I had very little trouble today as far as reaching my target, I did how ever have a load of lactic acid build up on the 7th set of my squats due to just not being used to so many sets / reps and you may notice my stance getting progressively wider because they were just locking up and refusing to move so the wider stance was allowing a litle bit movement I guess, its not something I did on purpose it just happened naturally. Did savickas z presses today, theyre not like seated presses where your back is supported making it easier its actually more difficult than the standing press to. I wont get into form as Ive shown clearly in the video but lets just say they are very effective for training the core as well as shoulders due to the fact you have to keep tight or you will fall backwards. Split squats went better than last time I made the range of motion slightly less and situated myself inside the cage rather than out of it and also focused more on the quads as Ive got enough movements planned for the posterior chain on my next workout.
