Hi, everybody: Okay, I admit it, Im a terrible Facebook user. I havent been on this site for over a year, I think. Thanks, everybody, for dropping in, leaving notes, etc. Ill take a look. I just wanted you to know that a writing student of mine and dear friend, Carrie Stuart Parks, has done it! Shes been published, and her debut novel, A Cry From the Dust, is being released this week. Carrie got the hankering to be a fiction author some twelve years ago, and from then until now, Ive been mentoring, coaching, correcting, and encouraging her in her writing. It does me proud, then, to read one review that comments on how polished her writing is! :-) Anyway, please buy and read this novel.
