Hi everybody rant on the way x xx This last week we have lost two dog walking clients because the member of my team took a weeks holiday ( 1st week off in 2yrs). Owners were informed in plenty of time to find an alternative for that week. My policy is that we DO NOT cover for each other as it isnt safe and WILL confuse the dog and put that member of team in possible danger, also the other dog walkers r busy also with their dogs so tricky to squeeze extras in. I feel that yr dog walkers are entitled to a break too and most take max 2wks off a year. So I apologise for the inconvienence caused but my duty of care is to yr pets and my team. Rant over xxx
