Hi everyone! We have a 2004 Riverbirch double wide for sale that is 3 bedrooms and two baths. The mobile home itself is 26x44, or 1144 sq ft. It has a lovely addition/sunroom, which was built a few years ago, that is 16x20, which adds an additional 320 sq ft. to the mobile home, bringing the total to 1464 sq ft. The addition has floor to ceiling windows, a window ac unit, and a corner propane gas log fireplace. The doublewide itself has central heat and air. The home comes complete with fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, AND a beautiful electric fireplace for the front living room! We have been living in this home for a year while we have been building a house. The home will have to be moved. We will include the power pole, too. Additionally, I looked back at my cancelled checks from when we had it moved last year, and it cost 3k to have trailer only moved, and 2200 to have the sunroom moved. We have names and numbers of the businesses that moved it. We are only interested in cash transactions, and it is not for rent or rent to own, and there is no owner financing. We will sell mobile home by itself, addition by itself, or both together. We paid 25k plus moving expenses last November. We are willing to negotiate to offset the expense of having it moved.
